The trolley could be a fun and efficient way to take people in neighborhoods and hotels to and from special public events like First Thursday, the Feast of the Flowering Moon, Statehood Day, and others.

Great idea. With parking downtown being such a pain during events such as those listed, the trolley making regular stops at designated area could be beneficial.
