Improved Streetlights in Parks and Public Spaces

With the current homeless crisis we have in this town, this is a good idea. But in conjunction with this idea, place more public restrooms through the city, especially in areas where homeless tend to frequent. Installing lockers where the homeless could store items during the day when they are trying to get to counseling, services, medical or SUD appointments would greatly reduce the incidence of lost documents they need later to obtain most services they desperately need. Setup more waste receptacles in areas where the homeless are known to gather at night could help eliminate the mess and litter that builds up and seems to be the tipping point between neighbors being tolerant or being strongly averse to their presence.
